Samson Zedingil is the Co-Founder of REA Security. He started REA Security 10 years ago with the intention of providing clients with unique security solutions tailored to their residential and business needs. Inspired by the belief that security is not just a product or service but a process designed with the client's needs in mind, Samson embarked on a journey committed to delivering personalized, client-focused security solutions.

Samson Zedingil's extensive law enforcement experience, spanning over 17 years, is a testament to his expertise in the security industry. His specialization in risk and threat assessment, coupled with his proficiency in the Incident Command System (ICS), enables him to provide strategic and robust security solutions that are tailored to meet his clients' unique needs. Samson holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).

Samson is a proud girl dad whose daughter excelled in Division 1 soccer. A huge soccer fan, Samson has traveled the world to attend games, combining his passion for the sport with his professional dedication to security.

With almost 20 years of distinguished service in law enforcement and 15 years of experience in executive protection, Mussie has lent his expertise to many startup tech firms. He has successfully led their security operations and implemented robust security protocols to protect the company's assets. He has developed and managed comprehensive security programs tailored to the unique needs of a rapidly growing tech environment.

His executive protection work has taken him to many countries worldwide, ensuring his clients can focus on their work.

During his off time, he and his wife spend time chauffeuring their two sons to various sporting activities, including surfing and soccer. They also love to travel and experience multiple cultures.

Jillann Monaco, a dedicated local of Venice, CA, has made a significant impact as a community leader with her unwavering commitment to safety and well-being. Jill launched the Protection, Presence, and Peace of Mind Project by establishing REA Security, recognizing the need for enhanced security. This prominent security company has become a cornerstone of protection in the area. Collaborating with residents, local organizations, and city officers, Jill plays a pivotal role in implementing armed security measures to safeguard families and businesses. Her efforts have heightened community safety awareness and fostered a stronger sense of security among residents.

Beyond her focus on security, Jill actively participates in beautification projects, contributing to the area's aesthetic and environmental improvements. As a Senior Account Manager with REA Security, Jill is responsible for acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships. Her leadership and commitment continue to inspire and drive positive change, making her an invaluable asset to the Venetian community and surrounding areas of Los Angeles.

David Rodriguez is a seasoned security expert with over two decades of experience. Starting in law enforcement in 1996, he led gang and narcotics enforcement teams. Transitioning to the private sector, David held roles such as VP, Director of Operations, and executive protection leader for VIPs and celebrities.

David's expertise in risk mitigation is unparalleled, instilling a sense of security and confidence in his abilities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management and completed specialized training at the Department of Justice’s dignitary and asset protection school. David has served A-list celebrities and foreign dignitaries, developed business continuity models, and worked as a loss prevention director in luxury hotels and Hollywood studios, implementing emergency plans and best practices. OSHA-certified, David is an expert in tactics and conflict resolution.

Having worked as a realtor, David has a unique understanding of the needs of commercial real estate investment companies and how to protect their assets. Fluent in Spanish, David is also a former Golden Gloves boxing champion with mixed martial arts training. He enjoys working out, surfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his teenage sons.

Mack brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, operations, and leadership to his role at REA Security. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to understand client needs and ensure the seamless delivery of services. His diverse background, including roles as Director of Operations, banking management, and account management, has equipped him with a unique blend of customer service, account management, and leadership skills, making him a key asset in managing the operations at REA Security.

Having worked with Fortune 500 companies, Mack has honed his expertise in team leadership, client relations, and operational excellence. His experience spans various sectors, from finance to education, where he has successfully led teams, managed complex operations, and consistently met organizational goals. At REA Security, Mack leverages this extensive experience to maintain the highest standards of service and client satisfaction, driving the company’s mission to provide top-tier security solutions.

Outside of work, Mack enjoys raising his beautiful daughters and seizes any opportunity for a road trip, especially if it involves hiking.
